I use The Crucible in my class and I moderated this game for my students. The video was a huge help and the students enjoyed the game a lot. Thank you!
The video is very clear, thanks for uploading it! I must say though, the instructions in the game are not very clear tho... The blue border looks more brown/purple and in bad lighting the difference with the black border is almost not visible so we had a hard time figuring out what was meant by blue...
Players can confess as many times as they would like, but each confession they will have to flip over one of their own Tryal cards. Therefore, they aren't able to do it much since it slowly kills them.
if you give your witch card during conspiracy how can you still play a witch for the rest of the game? like how can the townspeople find you if you don’t have a witch card any more?
You are still on the witch team, even though you've lost the card. So you essentially play as a decoy, or throw the townspeople off the scent of the real witch card (since Townspeople just need to find all the Witch cards to win).
Question: When you reveal the last tryal card, one player dies and then another player dies because of the matchmaker, does Rebecca take the cards because all the tryal cards are tried?
The blue skull card that contains nothing. My brother, who is 10 years old, suggested that if this card was played on anyone, he would lose his character's ability until it was removed from the curse card or the scapegoat. 💫💫💫💫💫💫💫 I suggest assigning a so-called investigator or coroner to 8-12 players. The gameplay is: When the night begins, everyone closes their eyes. Magicians, open your eyes. Choose a player to kill. Now close your eyes, witches. Now, policeman, open your eyes and place the hammer in front of the player to protect him from the witches. Close your eyes, policeman. Open your eyes, Coroner, point to one of the players. You cannot mark someone who has an asylum card or is protected by the police. Now everyone opens their eyes, who wants to confess?! what a coincidence. The player who had a mark from the coroner was killed. Now everyone closes their eyes again, Detective, open your eyes and choose one player to see all his Tryal
The Spy card was part of some of our testing before the game was published, but it was ultimately removed for the final version because of some gameplay issues it presented.
@@TravisHancock your the/ one of the creators? 😱 Thank u for such a fun game 🙏 i see, i saw on internet ppl posting that u can still add the spy card by making 1 of the blank cards into a spy card
@@atngaming2019 Yes, I'm the creator :) Glad you are enjoying it! Yes, you can indeed use one of the blank cards to make a Spy card (or any other card you come up with). The Spy gets to look at one Tryal card during each Night phase.
@@TravisHancock hi! I had a question. After you reach the night phase, do all cards get re-shuffled even those that are matchmaker cards or do players keep those indefinitely until they die regardless of reaching night phase and those cards do not get re-shuffled?
I have 4 questions The first question is about only two players remaining Is the excuse card out of play? The second question is about the girl ANN PUTNAM When you reveal a Tryal card, before revealing it, you take two cards, but if one of the two cards is Night or Conspiracy, do you reveal Tryal and then the Conspiracy or Night is activated, or will the Conspiracy or Night be activated and then reveal Tryal? The third question Player 1👨🏻💼🛡️ (in front of him is an asylum card) Player 2👨🏻💼 Player 3🧙🏻♂️👮🏻♂️ Player 3 wants to kill Player 2, but Player 3 must protect someone. Player 3 cannot protect himself Can player 3 protect player 1 so that he can kill player 2, but player 1 has asylum? The fourth question is about REPECCA When a tryal is revealed, she can take a card. If she is able to reveal a tryal to the player, does she take a card and play the same role? 🌹🌹🌹
Hello. I am not sure what you mean by the excuse card? At 2 players the blue cards no longer have effect. For Ann Putnam, if she draws Night or Conspiracy those would happen before she reveals the Tryal. Yes, Player 3 can protect Player 1 even though it would have no effect. Yes, if Rebecca reveals a Tryal she can still take a card. Hope that helps!
@@Facade_Games Thank you very much🖤. The first question is: What are the green cards that go out of play when two players remain? ALIBI: Do they go out of the game?
@@user-gp4sb7ul3g The rulebook in the Nitty Gritties, Blue Cards section says: "If only two players are left, all Blue Cards are discarded from teh game. If you are one of the last two players remaining, when you draw a Blue Card place it aside and draw a new card instead." None of the green cards are discarded from the game when there are two players.
