For this tutorial, I take a look at how to play stumptown on the mandolin. This tune was written by nickel creek with Chris Thile on the mandolin. It was on their 2005 album, why should the fire die. For the lesson portion, we’ll slow down the tune with the camera close up on my hands and put the mandolin tabs, sheet music, and chords on the screen.
