Welcome to another video on Tower Simulator 3 - the latest instalment of the popular air traffic control simulators from FeelThere!
In this episode I try to provide you with a bit more a structured and well thought out "How To" video on playing Tower! Simulator 3.
We cover a bunch of things like;
- The menus and their details
- Setting up your tower
- Pushback, Taxi and Takeoff commands
- Commands for arrivals
- How not to play KLGA with crossed runways
It gets a bit scrappy admittedly, but it should give you all the basic information you need to play the game if you're struggling with scenarios or commands. I hope you enjoy watching!

Hi Chaz. Just bought tower 3 and was a bit lost but your videos helped so much so thank you for that. Just getting used of voice control now in game. Really enjoying the game though.

Oh Chaz getting brave with dual landings at LaGuardia lol. You'll have to do a play through to see what that brings you. Great vid as always. helpful information about the cameras I was having difficulty moving them.

I don't have a permanent link to the Discord unfortunately so didn't want to post one because then people would moan it's expired. Check FeelThere's Tweets or Facebook feed and they'll have posted a link somewhere. The schedules are in a new format compared to Tower3DPro.

Making my way up the Episode Chain. You are way too hard on yourself. I found this to be a most helpful video that totally reflects the time and energy that must have gone in to making it. Pause and think about it for a sec - in all of these Episodes you have been trying to strike a balance between playing the game (talk), describing and showing us what you are looking at (talk), and teaching us how to play the game (talk). That's a tall order. Re. the RPA 3467 Major Fault - I think 'Don't show this again' should read 'Don't do this again'. 🤣

@@ChazDraycott Had a quick follow up question I forgot earlier. Your 'go round' commands - based on your experience either with this or the previous version is the code written such that you will actually see these aircraft return to final approach?

Can you help me with weather. I sometime get delays or go around due to wind. I change the runway but I'm not sure I'm reading round direction vs runway correctly

Me again. I hope it’s OK to pop off another question. Back on July 19th Discord’s public-support group fielded a question about ‘tower cab lights’ and how to reduce their refection on the Tower windows. I think I will find the reflection difficult to deal with too. Vic_FeelThere described “3 glowing whitish buttons on the left hand side of the desk”. I see three buttons at about 5m28s in this video. Problem is, there are two sets of them - a set on the controller’s work desk, and another set in a cubby below the desk. The biggest obstacle is that the discussion went dead, and it was never made clear HOW these buttons are controlled. Do they actually work? As always your thoughtful insights appreciated.

@@ChazDraycott If I find out anything more about the elusive buttons I'll come back & let you know. I'm still recovering from my journey into @jagjag28's world of F3/F2/F6 display & texting. Still a bit short on detail about how he manages this, but something else to look forward to.

@@ChazDraycott I may not know much, but I now know somethin'. The three buttons on the Left of the desk - just below the Multiplayer monitor - do indeed control the lights. They darken the non-essential parts of your desktop but have no influence on your F monitors. Also, if you play around with your camera orientation inside the Tower you can pull down the shades. This gives a sketchier 'out the window' clarity - the blinding sun might be better, but it's real!

2 quick questions Chaz please. - What is the discord link to join? - What keys do we use to move the camera outside of the tower? I’m using wasd keys but I can’t go outside I can only stay inside. Thank you.

Hey man, the Discord link is here: discord.gg/dekC7EBee3 As for the keys, I use WASD with Left Shift to speed the camera up. I'm not quite sure why you'd be locked inside the tower - maybe there's a setting for it somewhere. Haven't heard of that issue before I'm afraid.

Hi, What is the command for airline "N320MR" and N827BE? How to communicate with them because I can't find these airlines in command list. please help.

You'd just read those callsigns out as they are - "November Three Two Zero Mike Romeo" for example.

I don't think it necessitates an entire video I'm afraid bud. You purchase it on the FeelThere website and use the link you get emailed, then just extract the resulting zip folder into your "Tower! Simulator 3" folder that your game is installed in. ✌🏼
