Well, the interviews are usually with another set of people. If they think you are useful, they will hire you.

Strange, I got my recent Job because i informed the human Interviewer that I asked an AI about what job to apply for, and this company came up. I got the Job. Maybe i amused the Interviewer. Either way, most definitely going to mention AI at my next Job.

No wonder companies can’t fill jobs. It’s not that people don’t want to work, they are unable to connect with the companies now thanks to AI. A software program should not be deciding this. It shows how little employees are valued

Simple keyword filters are all that is truly required to pre-screen applicants. They're just calling existing methods "AI".

oh God, Imagine if someone calls up support for a somewhat complex computer problem, and the AI trained by slurping up low/medium/high quality post reddit/twitter/tiktok post just doubles down on on a damaging answer because most people repeated a flawed blog
