Came here thinking there's no way I will spend 30 minutes of my life watching this video but now I watched the whole thing and want more.

Nice unobtrusive background music, nice commentary, video fast forwarded and regular speed in all the right places, boss man and crew knowing exactly what they're doing, all the right tools, hell, this video is way better than 90% of the crap I watch on Netflix! Why am I watching this? I have no interest in pouring concrete.

Too many times people don’t glue area drain lines because they think it doesn’t matter. The common issue is the joints leak moisture into the soil and roots follow the moisture into the pipe. That’s why it’s common to have landscape drains clogged with roots. Clean work man. You guys make it look so easy.

Heres the owner of his company doing the hard work himself! Hes not "Subbing" it out and in this way maintains his quality outcome. Best channel on You Tube.

I am a "wood" guy and I bow to masters of trades I want no part of. (Drywall and painting!) This is the 6th video of yours I have watched and the quality and time you put into a project is outstanding. You are about making you projects last. I bow to you master and to your crew. Wish you guys were in the Mid-Atlantic area. I have since seen a few other "concrete" videos and made verbal comments; (Odell wouldn't do it that way." or Odell would have …) Stay safe.

Great job! I've been in the construction trades for over 30 years myself and you cement heads bust your tails. I don't care what anyone else says, you really are artisans. Not only can you see via the video that you guys take great pride in your work, you can hear it in your narration. Even after the job is done and the video is posted, you've taken the time to read and reply to more comments than I think I've ever seen anyone else do on RU-vid.

I clicked into this video thinking well this is going to be boring turns out totally wrong most interesting thing I've watched in a while seen people having driveways poured never really knew or understood the work and planning that goes into doing it right. I'm a master electrician and I love doing deep dives on other subs. I've found concrete to be one of the most rewarding, and fascinating things to learn about in the fields of plumbing, framing, roofing, landscaping and painting. I love the permanent quality it holds, like no one expects their toilet to last as long as a driveway. But they share factors like drainage and nature creeping in. Damn trees! I like to put my wires under a slab instead of dangling them overhead, as well. Very well narrated, lots of good useful details. Thank you.

When people holler about the cost of the job simply ask them to watch your video and count all the tools, equipment, and machinery it takes to do the job properly. Not to mention the manpower. Homeowners dont realize the knowledge required and considerations needed like proper grading, control and expansion joints, reinforcements, tying into the existing house slab, soil compacting, etc. It's not just forms and pouring. You covered it all, and your skills, knowledge, and perfection mentality are clearly seen in your work. Mike Rowe would be proud. Great video. Thanks for taking the time to produce it.
