This is such good advice! I like to use a challenging section of the current piece of music I’m working on in my practice. I turn it into an interval exercise or a scale practice to make that portion of music easier. It keeps it interesting!

Really awesome video and insight. Though lets say for example I practice these concepts alternate picking, 2 hand syncs and legato an hour a day. So following what you said to do 50-75% of the practice time, if I understood it correctly, do I break down those concepts into 10 mins segments to complete the 30 mins for the cut down 1 hour daily practice?
