I'm picking up my first bully pup tomorrow! Very excited, and glad I found this video. If you have any other tips you wanna pass along, let me know. Thanks!
........ Down is one of the easiest commands to teach your dog..... No need to use force, unless the dog is particularly stubborn and refuses to comply. Even then, it's almost always due to negligence on part of the owner. This is a very basic, easy command to teach. As far as dominance is concerned, there are many other ways to establish dominance. The fact that you control everything the dog can and cannot do is your biggest factor in that. That being said, I do like your videos man. I just found them and have enjoyed them so far. Beautiful dogs.
It’s not though eating elevated is what causes bloat and digestion’s issues in dogs especially Doberman’s which have very similar traits as American bulldogs
Ikr I have been watching these videos with undirected help and their list of things for me to get is 1000$ and I have to spend 5k for u puppy I don’t have an extra 1k layin around but I will get the essentials now leash, harness, collar, bed, food, crate, bowls, toys, and treats that alone I bought for only 378$ so I’m a happy camper with what I have
We used to use the choker collar but don’t because dogs don’t like it and it’s really how would you like something pulling against your neck don’t use it and get a lead that goes down to your feet from your waist we only used it because her leash was broken and she was escaping from her collar
No not yet I'm doing all my homework right now, this summer I will start looking. I will be looking out for more video footage. From you. Thk U I live in L.A
When you have a puppy do you keep it in the cage most of the time and when do you let it out of the cage , when do you eventually let it free from the cage what age ?
I can’t seem to find the dog crate with the clamp on bowl... Will the Midwest Snap’y Fit work the same way as this clamp? I’ve seen bowls that can hang from hooks, I like the clamped in feature for the bowl over a couple hooks... any help for this please anybody ?
Can you explain why you only want the least amount space in the crate? We are bringing home a puppy this weekend and I was thinking the more space in crate the better.
Because, if you make it too big they'll pee in the crate. They don't like to pee where they sleep but they won't know the whole thing is their bed. They'll eventually learn but to avoid accidents you just put up a divider.
The vet in my area will do any age , however earlier the better if u wait to long the ears won’t stay up I really depends on the vet I Normally don’t do it after four months
Has anyone ever had any experience with Standard American Bully breeder/Best In America Bulldogs, out of Wacko Texas? Im looking at a puppy on their website, just though I'd check to see if anyone had any problems with them?
