300 amps 😮 not only would my welding machine melt but so would the workshop 🤣. Great instruction though 😎👍

One hundred percent correct. I didn't know how to edit it out so I'm game for shit talk 😂. Thankfully I wasn't welding anything food grade or x-ray

try just breaking it off sharp on the edge of the table. ive balled big like that, and ive done a tiny ball. ive sharpened and blunted. best results was just throwing in a blunt clean tungsten. but im running a inverter makes a difference.

Thanks, such a good short tutorial on balling the tungsten! How many amps were you running on those beads?

Do I have to use stainless to ball it? What if I only have aluminum or steel?

Go with steel. It does the same thing but is more contaminated from the steel. Doesn't hurt if what you're welding is Okay with it
