It was hard to go back to the drip coffee for a couple of days while I waited on my Keurig to get here. There is a huge difference in the taste. Keurig makes a really good cup of coffee. This new one is a little different from my old one. I find putting the water filter in was easier than on the old one. Attaching the water reservoir was also a little different but once I figured it out, it too was easier. This new one has the auto off feature but is not programmable like the old one. Only three cup sizes instead of four. The odd thing for me was how much lighter in weight this one is compared to my old one. More plastic and much less metal in the construction of this one. The price is so much less than the original Keurig that I bought and the coffee tastes the same so all in all I am satisfied.
Hello. Do reusable stainless steel capsules work well with the machine? Original capsules or compatible disposable capsules are not economically viable and too expensive, not varied, and also the whole thing about the synthetic milk in the capsule which is supposed to be a portion of milk for an espresso portion, instead of regular normal milk, it really does not seem good and unnecessary to me. I just bought a lumio machine, the lever does NOT lock in place when i move it either to hot or cold sides .. i have to hold it manually till the end of the instruction 🥺💔 I feel disappointed and I don't know what to do now!

1...A two year warranty, instead of the usual one-year warranty? 2...And can return it (with original receipt) to the place where you bought it for an immediate refund or replacement, instead of a local "official factory service outlet", or worse, shipping it to the factory or repair outlet, and having to wait for repair or replacement? Now THAT is impressive! When I was a teenager during the 1970s, I bought a new super eight movie camera at K-Mart that was faulty, which I returned to the store, which shipped it all the way back to the factory in Japan and back. I had to wait about a month. But to their credit, they also fixed another defect, which I had not brought to their attention. I was a kid with low expectations back then. But today I would insist on, immediate refund, exchange, or at least store credit. I notice so many new electronics nowadays have instructions inside the box saying "do not return to the store. Call 1-800 XXX-XXXX for warranty service." Me, I would not pay attention to that, but would just simply return it to the store if it breaks down during the store's return/replacement period (usually 30 to 90 days). But if it breaks down after the store return policy expires, but before the factory warranty expires, then I would just simply scrap it as e-waste at my local Goodwill, but write shit all over the Internet regarding that brand of electronics. Thing of it is, I think all brands of cheap electronics operate the same way. In any case, ain't no way I'm gonna wait for my defective vacuum cleaner, microwave, or anything else to be shipped to, and then from China on a slow boat.
Hi Yojana, all our NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto® machines have removable water tanks that can be removed and filled with water. Simply place it back on the machine to prepare your beverage :).
I think the milk in this tastes pretty awful, and I only get a tiny cupful, nothing like in the video. On a scale of one to 10, I give it three, but hold your nose while you drink it.
Recently my pods have been leaking out the sides and it only seems to be doing it with the milk pods and not the coffee pods. Any idea why it is doing this? I have only had the machine for a few months. FYI I am currently using Bella Caffe Latte Macchiato coffee pods.
That's definitely because of non branded pods, I think Bella's are sold at Lidl and you are not the only one complaining. those pods will probably destroy the machine, that's why, just use Espresso's brand's pods. :)
