I did my visa processing through agency and they didn’t ask any notary certifications. One of my friend who did her visa processing by her self had to do notary certifications.I didn’t had any biometrics.
Where I live we can get houses near hospital but they all are old houses the heating system may not be good . As far as I am aware they are not allowed to demolish or reconstruct those houses to preserve their heritage. This is the reason we are moving bit away from hospital. It’s 10-15 min drive for me .
