Ingredients
- Chimpapila "beans leaves"
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cup pounded groundnuts
- 1 onion
- ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 cup water
- salt = ½ tsp to be added to the water and ¼ tsp to add later on top of the groundnuts
Preparation of Method
1. Add water in a pot followed by soda, salt then bring to boil
2. Once water boils, add the beans leaves and cover with a lid allowing the veggies to cook for 7mins
3. Stir/turn the veggies and allow to cook again for 3 Minutes
4. Add tomatoes, onions followed by groundnuts and salt, once your groundnuts soak up with moisture you can stir
6. Allow veggies to cook for an extra 10 Minutes then serve
