How To Prepare For Cat Birth: Here's A Home Birthing Kit To Help Deliver Kittens Safely /Ragdoll Cat 

I have a 6 month old Ragdoll named Shiba. She is the sweetest cat ever. My Maine Coon is due for kittens in a couple weeks. Watching videos to prepare myself so I don’t panic or get scared and know what to expect since it’s her first litter and my first time with a cat delivering. She got out of the house by accident whilst in heat and got knocked up. Lol. I had an appointment for her a month after for her to be fixed so I had to reschedule that for after the kittens come and are weaned and so here we are. My 5 year old son let the cat outside not knowing what was going on. Lol. It’s a good experience for myself and my kids anyways and so I’m excited but nervous of course. Beautiful ragdolls you have.

Twice I have spent money to the vet to scan how many kittens my cat would have. Both times the vet wasn’t 100% sure, after I spent all the money. The vet both times have said, “I think she will have 5 or 6 kittens” , not sure, after I spent almost $300. I rather just watch and see how many kittens she’s actually having. The economy is a mess. I can’t just continue spending money when I don’t need to.

Neighbor's pregnant cat spends a lot of time with me. Starting to worry whether I should secretly prepare, though unsure what to do if she wants to keep kittens here. Should perhaps talk with her human family.
