hey man, im starting a paid advertising agency where we do facebook ads etc. How do I do a meeting with a client if i don't actually do the work and hire a contractor. Because the contractor cant help me until he gets payed but i cant pay him if i don't get the client in the first place? do i just try and go through the meeting with just saying well improve conversion rates, the cpc etc without going in depth because then i don't really know what to tell them. Thank you

I am starting a FB ads agency. So I wouldn't even know what to do with a customer's list even if they have a large one. Should I partner up with an email marketing white label and have them do something to take advantage of it and then just get a referral fee?

Hi Jeff, if you’re going to upsell them on email marketing then yes, partnering up could be an easy option for you, but ensure the person you partner with has a successful track record otherwise it could ruin your reputation.

As I'm starting my advertising agency, I'm curious about how many agencies actually provide content creation services specifically for Facebook ads, including tasks like photography and editing. Is it a common practice for agencies to ask clients to generate this content on their own? As someone who isn't particularly skilled in photography, should I consider offering this service? Would it be practical for me to do so?

Im not that well versed in SMMA or ads but if you do the photography you would lose your time freedom. You would need to use your time to travel to the businesses, take the photos and edit them. Idk that much but I hope I was able to help you :)

Yeah man ideally you want to talk to the decision maker aka the decider on who will pay you which is most likely the owner

As long as you have an internet connection, you can run this business and get any clients from anywhere in the world.
