Hi, A very useful recording. Unfortunately, it does not work everywhere. I mean total dedication, not everyone appreciates, or does not want to see your hard work! I am only needed when I have to train someone 😅 after almost 12 years in aerospace I am here where I was. And promotions are given to people without qualifications and without any idea of work 😏 The positions are given only to family or friends ehhh Best Regards

Great Problem is the guy who came from outside the organization he or she is getting 150-200% more than what I am getting. Reason Is I survived in same organisation for the period of 4 Years , those people are getting opportunities and internal employees are not getting much. This is general what I heard from everyone 🤗😎🤗

May be because that person has overall different experience which he can bring in our organization. Different exposure is required so that that leader understands what you are lacking and what your team needs to work on... 🙏🙏🙏

Hello Sir, Not fully agree on all points. 1. Take less leaves- You should keep your personal as well as professional life in balance. Management will always happy if you will never take leaves except illness. 2. Be in the same company - Management always think that you are not leaving company since you are incompetent, you are risk taker & you are happy with existing salary. Very few organization will bare old employees & these employees are always on list for retrenchment due to their high salary compared to others.

I worked in wns.. I know a TL who used to dress like shit.. talk shit...on floor n had only one good skill..... Car... He used to sometimes pick up n drop his boss . N today tat shitty person is a boss.... I know other employees who have been loyal are still agent level....

Fake accent for fake leaders...lol..these guys thinks, that if you have good communication skills you can easily fool people by your convincing skills. Yeah it's true upon majority of percentage of population, but when theses type of people came across to true people with genuine moral values, they realise how shallow and fake their leadership personality is...at that time they just pretend they, their skills and their decisions are practically right, which deep inside they themselves know are not.
