I drove 350 miles to see the 2017 eclypse ! It was so eerie ! The sky darkened - street lamps came on and the temp dropped like °20 ! it was worth the drive !
You contributed to the atmospheric carbon load to witness a natural wonder! JK! Yes, taking in an eclipse is a strong experience. I remember in 1984 I think being on a road trip with my uncle. We stopped in Mississippi at a fruit stand. We ate boiled peanuts and fresh peaches while watching the eclipse. He’s passed away now. Today my 85 y/o Mom and I will watch the annular eclipse. Looking forward to making the memory.
My City of Shelbyville, Indiana has a population of around 20K. On April 8th, 2024 we're blessed to have this total Solar Eclipse to graze over our Northern part of Shelby County. With that happening, we're expected to double and or triple our population for that day!

Here in town, the fairgrounds that have been rented by a big astronomy group and, the famous Meltzer farm will cut down their 11 acre corn maze for 10 thousand or more people coming from all around the World!
Could you please describe all the places on earth it is possible to see the eclipse in the best conditions and not only around your states ? What about Europe and Asia? Thank you !

Jesus Came back already years ago, I saw him 4 days ago congregating with the homeless and talking to adulterers. You guys need to open your eyes or get some glasses for this eclipse.
