A year into retention and I know when my moon is close when people start to smile at me. It happens on a profound level now without any prep or effort.
How did you get to a year? I feel like such people dont have a strong sexual energy or urge because even after a week or two the urges becomes all consuming and distracting from functional living, perhaps also blockages in this area

I have a raising quite often...I guess I am suppose to in order to prepare me for my next phase of life....almost every time I go into a sound bath, after a strenuous yoga flow, during breathwork, sometimes it will wake me up from a dead sleep in middle of night or in the morning and run...recently i sat w/Mama Aya (13th time) on my birthday...I was placed inside a golden "egg" of glowing light and kundalini ran for hours...the facilitator said it looked like an electrical storm Have you ever heard of this? There is more but It sounds nutty....well, here goes Before my bday i listened to a Shekinah Rose light language transmission (i speak light lang as well) i was magnetized strongly to the screen which was disconcerting but i knew it was ok...then Shekina started to glow and faces of other beings 2-3 other beings which I intuitively knew to be ascended masters and she was calling on them , were super imposed upon her image I was shown a glimpse of my power and it was overwhelming and frightened me a bit the expansiveness of it all...took two days to just come to terms with this mentally, emotionally, spiritually I also discovered that the true kundalini representation is only one snake not two😮 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

My energies have been rising daily for the last 12 years and ive been completely celibate for 7 years now. Don't listen to the common teaching that a few days continence per month is good enough. If thats all your willing to practice you won't get far. Any continence is better than none but this is a path for those who are moving away from lust and sexual orgasm entirely. Don't be too hard on yourself in the beginning but don't fool yourself into believing you can have the upward moving energy and still indulge in the downward which is lust in thought word and deed. Did u start this in old age or not have prior strong sexual energy? Because when it is strong it gets overwhelming quick and distracting from functional life, how did u make it work unless you didnt have issues and strong stream of it.
@@arete7884 I kept it to a minimum throughout my 20s but became completely chaste at 30 I'm 37 now. I doubt any man has ever experienced stronger lust than I have but the spiritual bliss and wisdom are stronger and will eventually overcome the carnal. A good technique in the moment when a thought or perception stirs up energy is to just pay close attention to the bodily and energetic feeling. The feeling will immediately subside since you've taken attention away from the thoughts or perception that stirred them up in the first place. You'll have to repeat this over and over many times daily for many years but as the years go by lust will decrease and it will become easier. All the best, Aloha!

I just turned 60 so I want to begin a new chapter by focusing on my spiritual life. I did some research and found out the moon will enter my sun sign on Saturday Feb 3 at 10:28PM. My plan is to either do a water fast or a green juice diet. Do you think that's ok? How many days do you recommend for me to do this and when exactly should I begin my practice? Personally, I usually juice fast using the recipes shared on this channel 🙏🏼 💫 I would say, if you are planning to do anything more extreme please make sure you take it one step at a time and do plenty of your own research and find the balance that suits you and your needs personally as everyone is different 💫🙏🏼

The question is, are you sure he practices what he preached?? Most of them are just preachers of difficult paths that they themselves can not even practice seemlessly.
They are parallel teachings, Kundalini speaks more to the energetic layer of what's occurring and the sacred secretion speaks more to the biological, chemical layer of whats occurring -- but its all part and parcel of the inner alchemy and inner path.
Please, is it only through meditation that one can induce ', the sacred secretion ' because as I'm sure most of us know that sometimes not all meditation's are what we expected.. maybe they are what's needed! but not what induces secretion..
