This is the second time I've done this. This experience just showed me what I manifested 5 months ago, realising in order to be the best version, I need to work on and understand myself. Before i start reading other people’s experiences after this meditation….. i have to say-O!M!F!G! WOW! This was beyond incredible! My spine is on fire, especially tailbone…. I feel like i had an orgasm, i am crying….. my head tingles!!! Is this even real?! How is this possible?! When people dedicate their whole lives to awaken kundalini …. Here i am following my excitement and doing this incredible meditation 🫣 ! Rasa, i have so much appreciation, again, for what you are doing! I send you so much Light and Love! Visualization: a beautiful coiled snake with glowing chakra jewels and sparkling bright with each segment unlocked/awakened until a shiny crown on her magnificent head straightening up, she touching her snoot to my nose and tickling me with her tongue. With that, my higher self spoke to me and I was in tears. Crying with pure bliss... Thank you… it’s been a rough few years with death in the family and becoming a parent overnight to a teenager. But with this I realize my core being and higher self is ALWAYS here, even if I couldn’t always feel her. Thank you and have many blessings. 🐍 ♥️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍 🧘🏼‍♀️ ✨

I like this meditation. I am familiar with locations of chakras though. For a beginner they may have no idea where the sacral Chakra or solar plexus may be located. I think this meditation would be more perfect if you helped map the locations ( for instance the sacral Chakra a hand-span below belly button). Otherwise a very powerful and lovely meditation.
