Played in my first WSOP tournament yesterday. Planning and budgeting was easy because I live here and only wanted to play one. Your videos and hand of the day were helpful. I also paid attention to what I ate and drank. Playing for almost 10 hours was new to me and hydration was key. Thanks for this video. I'll keep it in mind for next year and start playing more often.
Thanks bro... my bankroll does not let me play the wsop.. im a poker player from New Zealand. The cost off flights + accommodation + expenses, i still dont have $$ to even play a 10.000 event... so my goal is to build my bankroll to around 100k before i even think off playing wsop.. i should reach this goal hopefully by 2025... poker for life!!
You don't have to do a $10,000 buy-in to enjoy the WSOP experience. There are numerous non-Main Event Hold Em events you can buy in for at $500, $1000, and $1500 and still play for a bracelet. The WSOP also has what's called Daily Deepstacks non-bracelet tournaments which there are 4 every single day of the WSOP with buy-ins ranging from $150-$400 and those tournaments always get hundreds of entrants with winners winning several thousands of dollars. Also, there are SEVERAL great poker events going on around town during the 2 months of WSOP. $250K guarantees, $100K guarantees, daily $25K guarantees at other casinos like The Orleans, Golden Nugget, Venetian, Wynn, and Planet Hollywood.
