If we bet slightly on the turn will we have more information about opponents hand? As q10 with a diamond will probably make the call. And q10 without a diamond would fold?
The most difficult situation is when it comes with a woman I can handle anything and everything except that. 😊 When a woman puts pressure on me for whatever reason that it is, my brain shuts down and I stopped thinking. I do not understand why. Could there be a blind spot with maybe the fear of failure or rejection.🥴
whole room frequency jammers.....frequency insulate tourney and cash game rooms so you can only use cell phones/laptops/tablets in hallways and lots..... easy game 🤷♂
Simple, use counter surveillance technology. Run the players through a scanner and if they have anything electronic on them, they fork it over for the duration of the game.
You suggested on a different video that my email would get me an real introduction to your funnel system. All I received was an ad to your paid system. You can run your system as you see fit but Blackrain really sent me open range charts and useful information, Splitsuit has the best strategy videos. I downloaded equilab for free, then run it against playgreatpoker and just play with it. Equilab has different ranges built in and you can import them and run against hands that come up in playgreatpoker with the positions and probable range. It is the easiest way to understand ranges, combinetics, blocking, the effects of position and hand reading your opponents. Your correspondence went directly to my spam. I guess my computer is smarter than me
Way safer to check the kings in that board. Someone could totally be trapping and looking to check raise on the river with trips or full house. Nik could ve check raised your bet on the river and pushed you of the hand. I like your play the best.
TLDR… 1) Jam WiFi frequencies 2) shorter shot clocks 3) Prior clearance of corrective lenses 4) independent review of play to look for suspicion 5) Delay in receiving winnings while under review 6) Strict sanctions up to and including a lifetime ban for usage 7) Eventually saturation will strip any advantage away because an advantage to all is an advantage to none
I have to 1. drive/uber to the casino or poker room 2. there are real people who can physically do something to me if they chose 3. those people sometimes follow you home 4. i can be permanently banned from a real casino whenever they want even after i win a jackpot
Played yesterday in Daily at Ballys in BlackHawk ... after 2 hours of folding with BA at 5g 10 10 ... i was at 450 g , now down to 250 g ... I look down at QJ , Asian guy who has hands all over the place , calls 10 g ... i flat .... Flop j hi .... he bets 55 g ... with 150 behind ... I tank then shove all in ... He snaps me off with AJ .... Guys all over the place but this time he has it .... Grrrr ... Theres one all in Alec :) ... Went out 16th after being chip leader for at least an hour or two in later rounds ...
Yeah, if he was bluffing with a backdoor nut flush draw I don't see why he wouldn't continue when he picked up equity on the turn. Oddly he did pick up equity picking up the open ender with the gutshot on the flop but the diamond was problematic so he decided to check behind and realize. Definitely a good call on the river with the board blocking most of his pair plus flush combos. I doubt you would have gotten him to bluff the river if you fired the turn.
I'm probably folding those queens thinking it's gotta be 67, considering a call because it might be a nut flush draw, never expecting a pair lower than queens.
When that technology exists I'd hope the poker room managers partner up with the security department and have a counter measure that scans video surveillance for signs of super-human optimal strategy. Any player orders of magnitude better than natural human can be banned and the other poker rooms sent a report.
Alec, 90% of people who play poker, will not gamble on their skill. They might deposit 50$ online to play 100 hours of poker, and thats a big risk. Live poker is BOOMING
Their have been rumors from tesla about a technological chip being Implanted in the brain that'll make it work as if you have a computer in you're mind, and can also answer calls, Listen to music or Search something in the web with just useing you're thinking and not actually Pressing a button. But its something Elon wants to start emplementing to have humans merge with technology
That's like saying that top chess players aren't good because they are using computers to help them. I think the truth is somewhere in the middle though. Poker was more pure of a game when humans had to use brut experience to "figure it out" because there were greater barriers to achieve skill (work) and you had to have more street smarts and sense of the game. This is an extremely obvious outcome for anyone who pays attention to technology and knows a smidge about poker. Once people have Neuralinks, we'll all hafta prove we're on airplane mode at the table.
I don't need my phone while I'm playing poker in fact I shut it off. But I'm Gen X I like technology I use it all the time I grew up with technology but In my opinion if you need solvers to help you play poker in real time then you shouldn't play poker, You can't use your own experience and intellect without it then you're the problem
I think most people know this is coming. But, until its fully here people are just going to keep their heads buried in the sand. Its not like we havent already had cheating on poker streams without tech this advanced. Its just going to get worse.
99% of players will simply choose not to cheat. The same goes for online poker. Plus getting caught and getting banned for life isn’t worth the risk. I don’t see this becoming much of a problem at all especially for live poker.
You dont need an API from future, you can do this right now if you have an accomplice sitting in a room with a solver. You can livestream your hand and board, he can relay back the moves to your screen.
I agree, although I think the glasses come first so I focused on that. Gauging from the feedback, many think it's not an issue, even though the technology is already here. I felt like going with implants would lose the audience lol.
The WSOP doesn’t allow you to have your phone on the table and you can’t use it mid hand. Most casinos also won’t let you use your phone mid hand. As far as glasses ban them. And if you’re caught using them face the same consequences as anyone cheating at any other game.
This assumes that every player understands GTO and utilizes it. There will always be lazy ass motherfuckers who play bad poker to take money from CLICK BAIT HORSESHIT.
My buddy has the Meta glasses and they are insane. Next step is banning glasses. But, this is also a strong use case for pushing more glasses into the private underground where the game runner knows the group and can make sure the players aren't using assistance like this.
If the casinos care as much about this as they do about blackjack card counters, it will not be a problem. It will be obvious who is using this technology (think how obvious collusion cheating is to those who know what to look for), the floor personnel will be watching for it as will the players themselves, and the cheaters will get backed off after a quick inspection of their glasses or contact lenses to verify that, yes, it's the new Google ProNet HeadsUp Display, or whatever. The glasses that you wear on your face, of course, would be easy to spot even by the players, and you can bet that if someone wearing 'Google' glasses seems to be playing like Fedor Holz at the local $2/5 game, other players are going to be vocal about their suspicions. If Garrett blew up over one loose call by a whale, you can imagine what it would be like at the local $2/5 game if some dude with trick glasses that none of the regs have ever seen before sits down at the table and proceeds to have the insight of Nostradamus. Cheaters just have a certain look about them, you know? If the casinos don't care about this form of cheating, live poker will die if the technology moves to contact lenses. The question is, do the casinos want live poker to die? I suspect many do, though probably not in a place like California, or Doug Polk's Lodge. But in Nevada? I think the casinos would love to be rid of it. Get the sheep at the craps tables and the slots, where they belong. Contact lenses are medical devices that interact directly with one of the single most vulnerable parts of your body. They are regulated by the FDA. I'm aware of Moore's Law, but it's a lot different in the medical field. The contacts touch your eyes, and if something goes wrong you can be blinded. Anyone who wears even the thinnest, soft contacts can tell you how difficult it is already to be comfortable wearing them, much less trying to wear lenses crammed with the sort of technology you describe here, which would make them far too thick, stiff and physically miserable for the vast majority of people. Contact lenses must be fitted to each individual by a licensed optometrist; you can't just buy them over-the-counter like reading glasses or sunglasses. If there is any real potential for liability, optometrists will refuse to prescribe these things, certainly not for medically unnecessary 'recreational' use, so that means the technology has to be VERY advanced to be as safe as standard contacts. Eyes are frighteningly easy to damage. Imagine if the tiny battery powering a 'Google' contact lens sitting directly on your eyeball erupts or catches on fire... The problem is coming, yes, and 'Google Postle Glasses' cheaters will appear because glasses worn on the face don't have the above issues, but the contact lenses are pretty far in the future, if in fact the medical issues can ever even be licked, the necessary micro-miniaturization achieved, FDA approval obtained (which takes years in itself), and so forth.
