200g of chopped fresh spinach
4 medium size chopped tomatoes
1 large diced red onion
1 large diced white onion
1 maggi shrimp stock cube
300g chick peas
2 scotch bonnet
Salted dried tilapia fish/salted cod fish
200g Mackerel fillets
200g of large mushrooms
200ml of palm oil
