It’s just a game glitch that happens sometimes. You can also try holding LT/L2 while running to body off the defender.

R1 + triangle for classic or alternate controls. For other wierd custom button controls it depends on how you customised the controller

Bruh I'm convinced my players are slower. There's times where the opponent's defender catches me from starting from behind while I'm running with Mbappe. I'm not sure if it's my controller that's old now or if it's the internet connection that makes me lag in a subtle but detrimental way

@@boity-fromthemilkygalaxy2504 happens to me too, like the opponent attackers dribble faster, get away from my high pressure defenders like through air and cannot stop them. Also the opponents gameplay seems faster. Like you're modifying the speed of the player from the settings. It's called DDA, look it up

But now how come the other players seem to be fine?like I also don't want to put myself in this illusion were I think the game is unfair to me when in actually I just suck at it. @@boity-fromthemilkygalaxy2504 your console or controller are not faulty. It's just that the game is scripted in some matches. Maybe the connection too, but I doubt that every match is having slow connection. Usually a yellow or red arrow will appear in the top center of the screen. If not, try to pay attention to your players, usually to your defenders it they move strangely away from the attacker, it's DDA (dynamic difficulty adjusting) to favor the opponent, maybe he's paying to buy players etc
