i have Diastasis recti and umbilical hernia from my first baby and now am again 4th month pregnant and my abdomen is to big in only 4th month. What should I do? Which exercise is good for me? And do it affect my baby?
Hey! Same problem. I had diastasis recti after first pregnancy, now am pregnant second time (am in my 5th month) and my stomach is already too big. I must say my stomach becomes really huge by the time to deliver. How did it end for you? Did you manage to prevent getting diastasis recti? What did you do?
They can be helpful as they bring awareness to this area and remind us to engage these muscles. They can also offer comfort and support in the early days postpartum. But you shouldn’t wear them for too long as the muscles can get lazy. They can work for short periods in combination with exercise to strengthen.
