Girl I'm with you. My skin isn't heavily oily and I don't like to wear a lot of makeup and do all of that contouring etc. It's pretty but I don't have the time/patience to be doing all of those steps. 😕
Girl! That setting powder trick is a game changer! My face stays beat the entire day! At first I didn't believe how good it works. I looked in the mirror expecting to look like a grease ball but I looked flawless instead! 😍 💅

After you put the orange corrector you can lightly set it with some loose or pressed powder then put the blue color corrector lightly all over the areas that usually turn orange

I don’t like wearing foundation because by the end of the first hour I’m already oily and I don’t like how I get this weird texture all over my face clearly showing that I’m wearing foundation. I use everything besides foundation but even though I only use concealer under my eyes and I set that my whole t-zone still gets oily!!😫😫
Evie same every time I wear foundation I get oily within the hour and you can tell I’m wearing foundation because my skin is textured and shiny around the sides of my nose
So I’ve seen the whole process before about applying powder previous to applying foundation and I have never tried it because I have always imagined that I would have a cake face so I’ve always bypassed it. Some reason I came across your video and and decided to try it. I tried both vinegar as toner and powder prior to foundation OMG I just can’t thank you enough your remedy really worked 1000% when I say I have OILY SKIN I mean it. I literally apply makeup and within 15 min I look like a HOTT MESS!! After today I’m soooooo in love with how Matt my face remained trough out the entire day. (NO JOKE)This is FOREVER MY NEW DAILY ROUTINE! And did I mention I did not look like cake face intact all around my skin looked even healthier, cleaner & smoother. I just started doing my makeup 2 years ago: I think I am getting pretty good but I hate when I get comments about the shiny oily look. I’ve always had naturally flawless and oily skin even when I don’t moisturize ( a gift and a curse 😅) but I can’t wait to try out these techniques and thank you for adding cost effective alternatives ❤️✨

Glad I came across this yesterday because I bought tons of make up and I have sensitive skin so the foundation burned when I put it on...this technique was amazing because I had no burn and it looked more flawless than the regular techniques I see....thank you girl!

@@deborahceasar2366 I'm at the part of the video where she is applying the Urban Decay so I don't know how the apple cider vinegar got brought up but I will say it does help reduce oil. I use it sometimes mixed with a toner or in a face mask it doesn't stop oil or shine for good bit it does help to reduce oil and kill germs that cause acne from oil production. And drinking ng some mixed in water 2-3 times a day helps too.
So what’s your routine on using the apple cider vinegar? you use the vinegar then your primer ? Then apply makeup like regular routine or do you use the vinegar as a primer and go straight to the makeup ?
Tonia NO DONT DO THIS!! Apple cider vinegar is too strong for our skin( way too much acid) and can over time make it worse then before. It’s too harsh as a toner and removes the skins protective layer

Ive tried every foundation out there for my skin. Nothing works for me. After I use matte foundation my skin is dry and looks cakey. The same with moisturizing foundarions. Im just done with it period
Love how she is straight to the point, so i just want to confirm, how many setting powers do you use? I wear makeup i try not to wear a ton of layers just maybe a power before foundation and then foundation then highlight and setting spray, but i still get a little oily, but can you list the products i tried to keep up lol and yes i have changes to all matte products ! I have eczema but my face is also prone to being oily . If it's too much I'm shiny if it dries out it's dark and flaky.You wanna talk about a struggle.
It’s actually better to use a hydrating primer instead of mattifying for oily skin, the mattifying primer makes your face dried out so it thinks it needs to create more oil. If you hydrate it before makeup your face won’t create as much oil because it feels hydrated :)
Duuuudeeeee when you put powder before foundation I was like no fucking wayyyyy but it works surprisingly super nice & my foundation looks good. IM SHOOK. Thank you 🙏🏼
Update , although the make up stays in place throughout the night, I still had oil produced and had to use my blotting wipes. So for me it didnt stop oil production but your make up as in highlighter contoured etc remains in place doesn't slide or sweat off. I think I need to invest in a powder to top up throughout the night instead of using blotting paper and all should be ok. If you got oily skin I'm not sure you can ever stop it but this technique is still great I love it and will continue to apply it as my face stays. Thank you!! 😘😘

Thanks hon.I will try these techniques.Yes I do apply powder before I apply my foundation,but I usually just brush the powder unto my face.I’ve notice you packed on the powder and then allowed the powder to sit on top of your face,then applied your foundation.Have to do my like that.How does the neutrogena’s hydro boost work under your makeup?

I hate putting all that stuff on so I am going to try the acv and water, then the neutrogena gel, primer and foundation. Lol all I wanna do is wear foundation, I did not know there were so many steps to putting on makeup 😩 I just want to be simple lbs
So I bought a clean and clear toner for oily skin but every time I use it it dries out my face to the point where it peels ... so I’m scared to use toners will that happen either the apple cider vinegar ?
Jailene Adames you have to test it out to find out how your skin will react. I use 3 parts water to 1 part ACV since my skin is sometimes sensitive. You can try the measurement.
