A big request for help is how to sit comfortably with hypermobility and how to feel able to breathe when sitting. In this video we look at pelvic alignment which will contribute to a healthy Hypermobile sitting posture and will contribute to healthy breathing patterns.
Grab a chair and give it a try. Let me know in the comments below if this was helpful and please share with anyone who needs help finding a comfortable seat.

I am very grateful for my fellow Zebra Philip Quigley, a musician from Leyland in Lancashire UK, who wrote the music for this video and just for this channel. Thank you. I am delighted to have my own theme tune.
