I did this routine everyday starting at week 15 of my pregnancy and I have no stretch marks! I am now 4 weeks postpartum and I still apply these products everyday. (I will stop when they run out which is soon). I had stretch marks on my hips prior to pregnancy so I was nervous but it all worked out. Thank you for the amazing routine!
I am 5 weeks currently and I am starting a routine from now! I am also monitoring my eating and weight gain actively. I'm hoping to avoid stretch marks and excess weight gain. Thank you for the tips.
Does this work if you already have stretch marks ? I’m 8mo and have been moisturizing since before my stomach starting getting stretch marks and I thought I was in the clear but now they’re coming in kind of bad
