How to prevent your hive from swarming 

Thanks Ceds and Trace. Another educational, and entertaining, video. It is certainly Spring here in Noosa and the girls are busily foraging and multiplying. I'm using frame rotation and honey harvest to reduce the risk of swarming this season. Hoping to do some splits next time. Cheers.

How high can you stack on a flow hive 2?? 3 brood boxes and 1 super?? 2 and 2??

Hi! I just bought Flow Hive 2 - and one of the first Flow Hives (think it's ´Classic') from a guy from Sweden. I'm so exited to begin this journey! How many breeding boxes kan I have on these two? two is better than one right? Or maybe 3? As long it's not getting too tall I guess ?? Highfives from Linette, Denmark.
