I've ALWAYS struggled with Anastasia Beverly Hills liquid lips flaking. Like Hellaa flaking and I would have to reapply several times a day. But last night I looked up ways to prevent this and found you video. I didn't have all the products mentioned but I did have coconut oil and Burts bees chap stick. So while doing my makeup I applied coconut oil on my lips twice then chap stick twice and my Anastasia Beverly Hills liquid lip has stayed ALL day and has not flaked. So happy I found your videos and this hydration method. Thank you!!!

Everyone has always asked me "how do you keep your lip color on even after eating?" For many, many years I have always lined my entire lip (after moisturing them) with lip liner. I then apply my regular tube lipstick and voila.....lipstick on all day!

Great video! I'm wondering if you have used any other lip primers & more so how the Anastasia one compares? I'm debating whether or not it's worth picking up so would appreciate any thoughts! I already have the Colorpop lip primer, the DuWop chubby pencil primer/liner (my fave, but I am almost out & it's no longer available:(), & the Julep, Milani, & Urban Decay clear pencils/ liners, which can be used as primers. Considering getting the Anastasia one during the current VIB sale, but wondering if it will really offer me anything that I don't already have?

This is the first time I have ever heard of lip primer. Does this method really work though for any liquid lip color ? I use and LOVE color pop liquid colors but they do tend to flake within a couple of hours but the color stays on for a good 8 hrs, so I have to give them a high 5 for that, at least for me anyways. Thanks for sharing.
