Cool. That was a fun video.. I like how you brought up the "X" factor (do I want to deal with these people?).. Sometimes jobs just aren't worth it no matter how much you charge..
Heyy how much would you say I should charge for 630 windows. There would be a need of boom work and it's 4th floor. Average price or cost?for exterior and interior?
Hello , Thankyou for your video i come from a rope access background and i just received my first opportunity for a huge tafe in and out .. wondering if this video still applies
Dude you made no sense wat so ever ...you kept repeating the same thing over n over ... you never gave the price of what the window is for the cleaning I got nothing ... and you usually give good advice I was expecting real prices like examples
Great advice what would you charge per hour .. in England I would say you should wanna hit between £25.00 to £30.00 per hour been self implored 🇬🇧...Liverpool
Sheesh man… now that I’m watching this I feel I may have overbid my first commercial job. It was about 2 windows each in each pane. 5 stories I counted it individual windows. Price increasing 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc. so I’m curious to get my quote back.
I got 3 buildings right next to each other total windows 856 Commercial windows How much should I get per window is 25 cents I'm thinking is not enough so I told my company that I would not do it for that price and they got rid of me I am a sub contractor
It's easier than you think just decide how much you want to leave with, and as your business grows then you can get a minimum, if you would like any one on one consultation call my dispatch at 619-402-5265 they will give me your information and I'll call you back
two huge 2 story windows 386 windows is bigger windows commercial with squeegees 1.50 each window is that enough money or too much worried after submitting bid
They want 4 times a year so I went low im thinking 4 hours. second story has stairs and balcony all the way around its a business plaza ..and added a 100$ first time clean so right at 679 for the day me and one helper ..any advice would be greatly appreciated ...6 months in business
Scott Donathan and did you say 386 windows or panes of glass? A window is typically two panes of glass or one big commercial Square, $3 a window is typically a low bid for water fed pole work if you have to climb up on a ladder then I wouldn't go under $6 per window,
But if you're kind of new to window cleaning your main payment will be experience definitely not Capital at this price, but if you were going to sit home for the next two days or six hours anyway might as well bring in a check, at least you will have some money to spend back into the business
Have you done 9-story buildings before? Are you insured with all of the repelling ropes and everything? Or are you doing it with their scaffolding? Or Riggs
C & C Window Cleaning LLC. I am a 99% residential cleaner, this CC contractor used me for a smaller job and now im his go to "window guy " short anwser no. This is by far the biggest job I've ever been asked to bid on. Their scaffolding will be used
Mr. Squeegee Window Cleaning I think we can pull this off but you're going to need to adopt my experience and confidence with these things give me a call 619-402-5265 give my receptionist your number and I will contact you to see if it's something you should go forward with, I'm the type of person that jumps off a cliff and makes a parachute on the way down but I want to make sure you're not in over your head, you have to have the correct insurance or he does ....if you're under his umbrella it might be a good thing
