For a cutter of that size, Silhouette should have made the cutting mats thicker for more stability like the Cricut mats for example.

Thank you for your videos on the Cameo Pro, I want this so bad (I have 18-inch wide vinyls from Germany) ... been eyeing for so long but am scared to buy because Silhouette has no support in the Middle East. Can you do an update on this machine, do you still use it?

I sympathize with the work space issue so much! I want to buy this machine, I need the 24”s but there seems to be a few issues I’m not sure if I can make it work. I appreciate all the honest about the struggles and the successes.

Don't do it, I'm sending mines back, it will not stay steady, it moves on the right side, many complaints, don't buy it trust me.

i can not even get my cameo 4 to print and cut fails auto registration (never does anything) on manual it will go through the process and then fail

I am having same issues. Just took mine out of the box. I've been trying to cut all day- htv print & cut- and it will not. It will not register . I'm sorry I spent so much $ on this %#$@@$# machine

Wouldn't it be easier to position the paper in landscape position? Might be better cut, and less trouble at bottom of mat.

It has to be loaded this way due to how the registration marks were printed.

Increase the threshold on the trace so it's solid yellow or trace it and select "trace edge" instead of trace

Love this machine and wife format but I’m wondering if Silhouette have capped the print and cut length at 39.4 inches. Mine seems to ignore cutting anything beyond that point. Anyone else found that?

My f570 & silhouette design space won’t print the registration marks in the correct place on anything feeding into the sheet loader larger than 8.5x11. It flips them automatically when I print larger than they. I’ve reset them & tried mirroring horizontally to counter act but it then flips my design vertically & keeps my registration marks on the opposite sides of where they should be. Any tips?

I love your tutorial Ma'am. I have a question... I use Photoshop, and I'm wondering, can I add registration marks from that program, and the Cameo 4 Pro will detect them to cut OR should they be added in Silhouette for a 13x14 cut ?

Melissa, I watched your Silhouette Cameo 4 Pro videos and was so impressed with you and the Pro machine, I bought one today - Black Friday! My question is about print and cut. I have a Epson WK 7710 11 x 17 ink jet printer but have only found Silhouette 8 1/2 x 11 printable sheets at JoAnn's. Are there larger sizes available? Also since I will have the Cameo Pro soon, can I use the 81/2 x 11 sheets on the 12 x 12 mat to get a larger than 7+ inch print. I ask this as Silhouette Studio 4.5 makes me shrink my design smaller to fit in the show print black lines. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving! Johnny Maniscalco

Yes you can print and cut larger if you have a printer that can handle that and larger material. Depending on what type of material you are printing and cutting on you can usually find larger sizes...it doesn't need to be Silhouette brand. I load my mat exactly like that and the mat never stays in place. It shifts. It starts losing grip frm one side or the other and it starts moving. The only way I can get it to work is by taping the bar down or holding it down with my hands . You don’t seem to hav a problem with your mat shifting. Could somthing be wrong with my machine?

I would try to move the right roller in toward the middle slightly so there's less of a chance of it moving off the vinyl. Also make sure the vinyl is not pulling in either the front of the back of the machine.

thanks for the video! shows that the machine only increased in size plus the problems continues kkkk, connection error and you can see perfectly that the letter p is not cut right without black border at the beginning XD
