Thank you so much. I stay up until 2 am trying to connect my wireless rollo printer. I about to throw in the towel when I come across this video. You are a my rollo saver lol. I cannot think you enough. I follow your instructions to the t and it work. Now I don't have stay up late trying to figure how to connect to my computer every sign time I eant to print labels.

When I right click and select Printing Preferences my only tab options are "Layout" and "Paper/Quality". I do not have all those other tabs and there is no way to add a custom size on the tabs I have. Even when looking at the Printer Properties the only paper option is 4x6 and there is nowhere to add any additional ones.

Please go through the entire video again. The video shows you the exact step-by-step to be able to add the custom size

Good video, but these printer is getting me annoyed every time I want to print small labels I have to go through the whole process. It should have come with these settings from manufactured if I knew it was going to be like these I would of bought the wired one or a different one with 300 dollars

So when I select my custom paper size of 3x2 my image is blurry . Any idea why it’s doing that ?

If you're printing from Windows and you are printing an image file, this usually happens. Best to save the file as a PDF. Try printing from Adobe Reader as well.
