Why is your thermal printer printing sideways shipping labels? It doesnt matter if it is a dymo 4xl, rollo, or zebra. It's most likely not a printer issue, its a document issue and the settings from the platform. Hopefully this will help with your thermal printer troubleshooting.

The new settings no longer allow you to change the print settings once you've purchased the label. You have to void the label and purchase a new label to make print settings changes. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

@@TrentMRobertson No really. You can simulate the need for a new label, make adjusting the size, saving it, and then returning to reprint the old label with the new 4x6 dimensions. This is applicable for eBay purposes. Works for me. ✌

Just bought a Rollo printer. Got it yesterday. Watched the setup video. Had no issues printing out the sample label. Received 2 orders this morning and printed out my label for the 1st label and the sideways thing happened. Freaked out. Searched RU-vid. You are the 1st video that popped up. You saved me my friend. Loved the video. It was so easy, informative and straight to the point. It was such an easy fix. From the bottom of my heart...Thank you :) You are a shippers blessing. I was able to quickly fix my PoshMark and eBay printing settings in less than a few seconds.

If you want to skip the acrobat reader workaround, there is websites that will do the same automatically. For example fbatech.com/ As well as the rollo chrome plugin i believe

clinton thdoc don't know actually. Doesn't use 4x6 myself so I don't have the need to crop it with a website like that. I just searched on google for a cropping tool, should be more websites like that one I believe.

I opened a different account and forgot this is something I set up long ago on Ebay and Poshmark. It worked. Thanks so much you saved me a lot of time trying to mess with my settings when it wasn't my settings at all. This is really annoying and it wasn't in the same spot as it shows for your account. It said you need to use advance shipping flow. I had to search for it but finally found it.
