How to produce the hot-dip galvanized wire - the whole process from the wire rod to get the galvanzied wire
The Whole Completer Production Process :
wire rod 6.5 mm→ straight line wire drawing machine(6.5-2.0 mm)→ Wet wire drawing machine(2.0-0.8 mm)→ automatic spool wire pay-off system→ Natural gas online annealing furnace → Overflow water cooling cleaning → Environmental protection pickling → Overflow water cleaning → Auxiliary galvanizing → Baking board drying treatment → Hot dip galvanizing → Clean → Water cooling → trunk wire take-up system
