● 3 Layers construction
● Surface: WPC/MDF/PB Chip board/PVC panel
● Core: Solid wood + Foam, Hollow core, solid core, XPS, Polyurethane foam, EPS. Etc.
● Glue: PVAC
● Edge Tape: PVC
● This production line can produce max. 400-500 pieces of flush doors within 8 hours
● 11-14 workers are needed, saving labor costs. Further labor-saving could be achievable by the application of automatic devices if needed.
