@kidusyafet9972 if you read the IMMO data, you will not need a pin to finish the job. However, if you cannot read the IMMO data, then you will need. There is no bypass cable required. Just follow what I do in the video.

The new Toyota keys must be a version or unlocked keys. I don’t have good experience with aftermarket or used.

@@legacylocksmith7874 I've seen some people use Autel 508 with GBOX 2 to make the blade key, not sure if it'll work with 2020 models, have you tried that before?

@@mohamednosseir3960 the cave you use to connect to the fuse box is only for Toyota vehicle that take H chip.

2020 you should be able. What part you got stuck? You should read immo data then generate analog key then just simply add key

@legacylocksmith7874 I have apb112 tool. I made many Lexus, Toyota smart keys. But, my IM508S said my version can't use lately version. Do you think do I have to upgrade?

Maybe try updating and check internet connection also maybe you can turn key in the door. Worse case you should use the rolling code.

My pleasure. i recommend using brand new OEM for these models also verified the exact part number they have a couple of them they look the same. Just Google APB112 You will get results right away.

Only with the Camry I had good experience. For the rest as of now you’re better off going with an OEM.

A friend just did with aftermarket and everything works perfect

It’s not working for the keyed ignition models. However, if it’s add to key, you should just clone the chip and the remote you can easily program. Xhorse universal flip work perfect

Yes. There is another solution with the VVDI but it’s not perfect. Will update when it’s become available with autel.

I’m sure that problem will be solved with future update. But if you have the Xhorse, maybe you wanna try using this “Xhorse - Toyota 8A Non-Smart Key - All Keys Lost Adapter Via OBD”. I know it doesn’t work all the time but you can give it a try.

Just for my understanding you have no communication with the car? Can you read number of keys? If the car has no keys maybe put the hazard lights on and turn the door lock to unlock position and step a break with your feet and try to see if there is any communication

So this car came with a key fob. I used a general Autel Maxi - i forget the model number and it is not the same one as yours - computer that a mechanic friend of mine uses for his repair business. He doesn’t know much about keys but i had a couple of successes with his Autel. I can get to a part where it says “smart key” and i have programmed two keys for 2016 model cars previously. Once i tap on “smart key”, a message pops up and says “This function registers the key code to the certification ECU. This function carries out online certification. Please carry out after checking an operating procedure.” Then it asks for 12 digit PIN code. I hope i made some sense..

Oh sorry I didn’t have that apb112. So i guess that simulator lets you bypass the step where it asks me for the pin code?

It’s simulating the key, but to pass the code you need to read the immo data

How can I bypass the password. Everything is good up until that point

You need to read immo data then right before it’s getting to the password it’s going to ask you if you have a saved file then choose the file you saved and you’re good

Did you update your Autel in the last couple of months?

@@legacylocksmith7874 Yes I did last night. Still the same. Toyota v4.20. RAV4 is covered up to March 2019.

Just checked again for you. Go manual selection in the immo of Toyota. Then go RAV4 and you will have 19 to 2022. (I did 2022 already more than one time)

@@legacylocksmith7874 Hi. I went to Toyota/Manual Selection/Japan/RAV4. I don't have 2019/2022. The newest date is 2010/08-2019/03. My Toyota update version is 4.20. I don't know which one you have. I believe yours is the same v4.20???

Maybe it’s a new version. Your Internet was good? Autel probably working on updates for those but you probably gonna need to use the in code out code to do this.

You read it through the OBD it’s part of the process. Just connect internet and follow the video

Did you turn a key to unlock position in driver door before you try to read immo data? If alarm is activated you need to do that before reading immo data

@@legacylocksmith7874 thanks for your response brother. I didn’t turn the key in the door lock but the alarm was not activated. I have a friend that has the same car and I tried doing it on his vehicle and I still couldn’t back up the IMMO data even while he had a working key. Not sure why this is happening though…

Yeah, I have seen they said you need to use it with the XP but you connected right to the IM. No xp400

Then just do the same like in the video the only thing you can skip is the emulator generator part and use old key then new key.

In this case the door was open. The car was involved in a crash. You can just open it in the old fashion way and then the worst case you cut a key and turn it to unlock in the door.

No. Follow the steps I did and no pin is required. The tool takes the pin from the immo file.

Yeah. Definitely. But you need a good one. Some of them for the new Toyota don’t work.

For the old ones you can erase them but unfortunately it’s not the case in the new keys. Only new will work

I tried using a refurbished ones and didn’t work even though it was showing unlocked

@@legacylocksmith7874 I’ve tried it with IM 608 a newer tool and fully updated it did everything mentioned in the video but emulator wouldn’t turn ignition on so I had to use my Nastif account

Were you able to read the immo data?

@@legacylocksmith7874 yes I read immo and generated emulator successfully but wouldn’t turn ignition on with emulator. It probably won’t do certain versions of these vehicles, But even in a add key situation it stills asks for Nastif pin on newer Toyota’s

When I do it, when it gets to the code it asks if you have immo data instead of a code. This was my experience I wander way it gives you so much problems.
