You have seriously saved my life!! I have a chem exam tomorrow and the biggest thing I was worried about was dealing with the quad formulas! God I could kiss you! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
you can also use the quadratic equation solver that is in the apps. its pretty simple. i like having a program, but id rather not use time writing a program for something the calculator can do anyway. Also, familiarize yourself with the periodic table in the calculator. It saves so much time, for me at least, because I don't need to go dig out my talbe every time I need it. I just have one right in my calculator and if you can't find the element, you can look it up alphabetically which is so nice.
So I was able to get this to work but I tried programming a different equation and I get ERR: DATA TYPE 1:Quit and 2:Goto when I press enter at the end
Helpful tutorial. It would have been more helpful if you said and showed the keystrokes you were entering. I couldn't find quotes on the calculator and didn't see comma X Y. Didn't see how to enter the equation into the program. Please take the time to show everything.
WAIT, so we dont need the a+bi part? i watched another video, and he typed in this and it didnt work : a+bi : Prompt A,B,C : (-B-sqrt(B^2-4AC))/(2A) ->D : (-B+sqrt(B^2-4AC))/(2A) ->E : Disp D,E
If you want to add alphabets then just hit the “alpha” button on the left of the calculator and then you select the button which has the alphabet you want to add (it should be on the top right of that button)
For some reason, when I used the program it added extra code that I didn’t put in to give me the vertex as well... i looked and it’s a really long list of code...it may have to do with the fact that I have a pre-owner calculator but idk
I am getting an error ERROR:ARCHIVED 1:Quit 2:GOTO ---------------------------------------------------------------- Unarchive the variable before use. 2nd Mem; Memory Management
