Both my keys aren’t working now and the push to start button won’t light up. I tried all your suggestions to no success :( I called the help # and no is answering. Please help!

Will this work if the only working key isn’t the original? I know this because the Nissan logo is not on it. The dealer from whom I bought my vehicle from recently only gave me this one key.

Will this work if I have the key to my nissan murano 2012 but it only starts a car when the key is put in the hole and when its in my hand its the no key detected on the dash-but when I put the key in that hole it will start the engine. I changed battery and its still doing it, so not sure if that kit would help or I should bring the car to some place. What can be wrong, also 3 door locks not locking but that was since begining -seller sold me like that but key was working to lock one door but now its not working when nearby not locking and not putting alarm.

There might be a fuse burned out that's related to the ignition push button start. I recommend checking on the fuse panel for anything like that.

What if person lost initial key fob that their 2009 Nissan Murano came with? How would person then get a new key fob to work with vehicle when original key fob isn't there ? Do you offer the programming of key fob for the vehicle or only the pairing tool which plugs into the obd port follow this video to pair new purchased key fob from your company?

A person MUST have one working key fob in order to use Tom's Key service to make a spare. (This is not a theft service. 😀). tomskey.com has kits that include the programming device and one key fob. If you need more than one key fob, add a loose key into the order with the kit as you can use the programmer to make multiple keys to a single vehicle.

@@Heylo7 Sorry - I did not mean to imply you were wanting to steal a vehicle. Was just pointing out that if someone does not have a working key, Tom's Key can not make a key for them. If we did offer that the ability to make keys for "all keys lost" situations, then our service could be used as a theft service. So, my prior response was aimed at educating future people who might read the comments as sometimes we have customers order a key and then be frustrated when it arrives and they don't have an existing working key. Thanks for asking the question and clarification.
