When first started working out at home at age 15, my dad had a 110 barbell / dumbbell set from SEARS and the instruction book had former Mr. Universe Bruce Randall demonstrating the exercises in the manual.
Easy strength is perfect for recovering from injuries. Amazing! From ICU as a result of accident to Easy Strength and Original Strength for recovery. Day by day. Thank you Dan and Pat for being a part of this process.
The thing about blowing into the NES cartridge is that your spittle could rust the pins inside. What made it seemed like it was working was the action of removing & re-inserting the cartridge into the internal NES connector essentially cleaned the connectors via friction.
Yep, that's what the experts have told me. Funny, however, is how intuitive that move is. My kids do it, and I never taught them to (yes, we still have NES, SNES, Genesis, etc.).
Boscovs (sp?) was a department store similar to sears. I used to see it at the granite run mall, and exton square mall if I recall. I believe it’s gone, but I’m not sure about sears.
Not to ask a pull up question.....😂, but just because you mentioned it in reference to pullups, you mentioned ladders. Do you typically recommend doing ladders like 123456 or 12345654321 etc? I've been doing the latter ladder for a month or so with pullups and weight vest push-ups. This last week I still feel pretty good on push-ups, but starting to feel like I'm over training the pullups.
