hi, I installed one of this back in 2015, the gear motor is now making noise, wear and tear , do you have spare parts ? where will I get them ?

Hi Andres, Steel-Line have not done gate motors for 6 years, so we do not have any stock of parts. You may be able to get spare parts from Downee Gates or Kode Gates.

I want to disconnect the power. The key is rusted and I pulled out roughly. After I disarm the key or opened the little door. power still connected. How can i disconnect the power?

Thank you for your message. The small door on the motor is for Auto/Manual activation of the gate motor. As for Power disconnect(To be conducted by a Qualified Electrician), these connections are inside the Motor Housing. Thank you!
