Hey Guys, we hope you like the video. You can get all Equip we use in this video at: ►► bit.ly/2ODbyXR ◄◄ If you want a Complete Workout Program check this : ►► plan.eleggs.de/ ◄◄
Great video as always☺️. I asked a question in the previous video about outflareing elbows when doing pushups but I never got an answer there so I am going to try here☺️. I saw some calisthenic athletes (like Vadym Olyenik, Max True, Vitaly...) doing pushups w/ outfaled elbows and never got any injuries. How is that possible? Maybe it has something to do w/ wrist placement? P.S. sorry if my einglish isnt perfect but I guess you got the point😂
We released a video on that. It might be, that they are mobile in the shoulder and have a lot of shoulderblade strength to compensate that. But most people don't have this strength and might get injured. You also don't know if they do it aleays like that, or only on videos...
But if you didn't progress at all despite your effort, it is time for you to back off, identify the problem and reconsider all your goals and training approach. Beating your head against the wall will only leave you incapasitated.
Your videos are the best. No fluff, no eye candy, bro-speak or any other "Look cool" gimmicks. Just the science in an easy to understand, practical form. That makes you cooler than the rest. Thank you.
Depends how you train, if you are exercising until exhaustion every session then you should be having rest days, otherwise you are going to hinder the results from training other muscle groups, for example if you go all out on chest and triceps one day, you might have sore shoulders on other days when you train them. Pacing yourself every session by not doing max reps on every set allows you to workout everyday, and avoid injuries from over stressing your body.
Been subbed for years guys. Never commented but have to say your in the top 1% of calisthenics training channels anywhere. Thanks for all the time and effort you've put in to your videos 👍
This is really well explained! You have no clue how hard this is to explain to someone who doesn’t know much about Calisthenics, but this is just step by step and crystal clear!
I know bands sometimes get a bad rap, but with a strangely long torso I've found them to be super helpful for planche and front lever work. A light band for smoothing out a muscle up transition can also work really well! Great vid guys! 🙏
6:10 Affiliate marketing done right: presenting a product that's actually useful to the audience while maintaining honesty and a high quality video. Hats off!
I love this channel, but as a beginner I'm always dragged away by thumbnails from other (lower quality) channels with titles like "How To Start Calisthenics at Home for Beginners", or "Best Calisthenics Exercises For Beginners (at home, no equipment)". I wish you guys provided an introductory playlist so beginners like me could get started on the right path. Thank you for your amazing work and high quality videos!
Thank you so much for always being so informative and thorough! Since I began my fitness journey I have focused purely on free weights and now want to do some more calisthenics to challenge myself... Its hard but I hope I can progress!
This guy is the s**t, he has inspired me to move from weights to bodyweight training, I feel so much stronger and more GAINZ, peace Bro love you. Also inspire me to start making RU-vid videos, which I will be doing soon xxx
Anyone also votes up before watching the video? Edit: And now after I watched the video... The idea for band resisted exercised like push-ups and squat variations is a good one. I don't think I've seen that before. I think you could even combine that. Add both some weight and a band to the squat (or even better, an unilateral variation) and that may make for combined greater resistance at low cost at home. Sure, some people will say "just use barbell", but not everyone has access to one and wants to use it (like me, I love not being tied to a gym to work out). Calisthenics can give you everything you need, even if you often have to use your head to make it harder. I will need to get myself some elastic bands at some point. Anyone has ones that have good cost/quality ratio?
Amazing quality content as always! Simple yet very deep explanation. Really help people like me who just started chalisthenics to progress better and safely. Thank you!👍💪
Just some nobody Stop hating. I was just joking around and having fun. It’s all good! I’m sure all of them are super human! I sure as heck can’t do any of it
The Real MFWIC it wasn't hating bro. I agree, this is quite impressive but a lot of people aren't aware of guys that are making this look like easy. I just want to make those really good guys more known and the 'extreme calisthenics' more popular
I would love to see a video about the core progression to work towards the strength needed to do the vertical planc holds or to move from a dip to a handstand.
