I bought an old 13 foot sailboat that had been sitting uncovered for years. The brown water stains in the cockpit were the worst I've seen. I tried everything. I then tried "the works" toilet bowl cleaner. I just squirted it on one evening and let it sit overnight. Next morning it was clean as a whisle.....no scrubbing. It was amazing!!!
FYI - For all washing this video.... Citrus Wash & Gloss is a more acidic heavy duty soap. I recommend it for vehicles/boats that need a lot of attention cleaning-wise. This soap can strip off glazes, sealants and waxes. Which means....Make sure to protect the boat/car afterwards with a proper wax/sealant . MR. PINK from Chemical Guys its a much safer option if you dont want to strip your current protection.
Hi Chris, new subscriber here. I just bought a walker bay dinghy boat made of polypropylene thermoplastic material. The boat is 3 year old and never cleaned by the previous owner. I wanted to clean but not sure what cleaning products should I be using. Would you recommend these products that you have introduced? Please advise and thank you.
So you’re telling me I could just use freakin toilet bowl cleaner??? Instead of goin out and buying some expensive crap??? Wow....my whole life just changed, THANK YOU CHRIS
Just a tip - Chemical Guys Citrus Wash and Gloss does not contain wax, instead, it can remove wax. The product must be very diluted to be ”wax safe”. When I clean cars I add extra product to remove the last bits of protection that might be left. However, great cleaning power in the product!
I got bird shit so bad on my deck after one day on a mooring. Tried the deck cleaner and simple green. Going for the bowl cleaner tomorrow. Ironic i need bowl cleaner for bird shit. Thanks!
