Another great tip, when washing out the conditioner, use cool/cold water, that locks the hair follicles to help keep moisture in.

I use to I guess do a deep conditioning as well just in a different way. I washed, condition and placed a plastic cap on my head but I let it set on my head for 15 mins til an hour sometimes longer then rinse it out. I also did an hot oil treatment afterward each time I washed my hair. It worked and I need to get back into it. Thanks for the reminder.

So you first rinse with warm water and then use cool water? I'm asking because I never knew to follow up with a cool rinse.

I always use this deep conditioner, I’m gonna add some honey now! And use my overhead dryer, I hate sitting under it I’m like a kid I want out after 10 minutes 😂😂😂 HER I GO CATCHING UUPPP 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
