Are all handpieces sterlisable? My dentist simply wipes handpiece with a solution and reuses between patients. Is it OK? I never get to see the instruments coming out of sterlised pouches.

All instruments come from Biosonic cleaner should be rinsed with under water to remove the comical from the instruments before drying, packing and sterilizing stages

Why do you not rinse instruments after ultrasonic?

I was offered a job to work at a dental school to be a sterile processing tech. I quit doing it once before because working at a hospital can become stressful. I feel like a dental school and the instruments they use would be alot easier than working at a hospital. Is this true?

Sharps should be removed in op before going to sterilization, instruments coming out of ultrasonic should not go back in the same place the contaminated instruments just were.
