1. Don't use devices during sleep time. Sleep timely. Atleast 11-12 pm. And wake early. 2. I experienced with blue light glasses they make you fall sleepy during work, if you really need to work don't use glasses as being sleepy will add no value to work.
Me too. I used to wear glasses during lectures as we have the huge tv screens in college classrooms. It helped. But now if professors resort to blackboard mid-lecture , i remove them or else i feel sleepy.
i find them very useful, my eyes used to dry out when i was on phone or laptop for even 30-40mins but after using these glasses it really helps and my eyes don't dry out

I have to say blue rays specs are really helpful During the pandemic when classes were going online they gave a lot of problems to my eyes now my eyes do not hurt while doing studying on phone or laptop and while binge watching videos as well🥴
Maine jab research ki , toh pata chala yeh glasses ka koi kaam nahi.. but pehne kae baad aankh mai dard khatam ho gaya.. agar abhi bhi bina pehne use karta hu toh aank dukhti hai..

Yes its work really well i see its effect while coding direct screen contact and using bluray a bit difference i measure ...and its soothing on eyes literally 🔥
Well explained Shradha ..The American Academy of Ophthalmology says that you don’t need them ( blue ray glasses ) and has gone on record as not recommending any kind of special eyewear for computer users. The organization says blue light from digital devices does not lead to eye disease and doesn’t even cause eyestrain. The problems people complain about are simply caused by overuse of digital devices, it says…The symptoms of digital eye strain are linked to how we use our digital devices, not the blue light coming out of them
I would definitely recommend such glasses, because they also decrease the strain on your eyes during long sittings, for ex. Sitting on the desktop for 4 hours gives the strain which is equivalent to 30-45 mins of no glasses usage for me.
They don't have anything to do with eye strain ........to reduce eye strain you have to get a prescription lens with a little bit of power the eye strain is caused because we keep the screen too close to our eyes and the constant contraction and relaxation of the ciliary muscles to perceive the varying light

I bought computer glasses a few days ago and it really helping me to stay long hour in front of screen with lesser stress in my eyes and also I'm falling asleep quickly.
I think, while using laptop and mobile phones, we tend to contemplate which means we dont blink our eyes for a period of time. This causes dry eyes resulting in eye sight loss. We can try to blink 15-20 times in a minute in order to avoid dry eyes.
I have been Already doing this since 3 years as I daily use my mobile or laptop for 5 to 6 hours for the purpose of my work.So this things are Important.
U know the natural blue light suits us but the blue light from our mobile phones disturbs our sleep cycle cuz when it falls on our eyes it feels like it is still daytime and we don't fall asleep
I asked the ophthalmologist near me he said it is good if u use these glasses and u won't feel pain in ur eyes but once u start using this u will not be able to work without it..kinda addiction (Idk whether it is a right term to use but it explains pretty much what I want to say)
yup its true, if you started using then you have to use it NO OTHER OPTION I am not going to use it, my mom already told me about this when i once asked if i should buy, she will kill me if i started using it🤣

Blue light glasses helped me in reduding my eye strain and now i feel quite okay even if i study for long hours watching lectures!!One can definitely buy them if they are facing eye strain or having a bad sleeep schedule!!

Just use bluelight filter glasses as said..and avoid continuously looking at the screen...meanwhile splash some cool water on your eyes and give them rest for sometime.
well, my doctor said to look at something 50m away for 20s-30s every 10 minutes while using any device. Also advised me to splash water to reduce the burn.(but i usually use an eyedrop 3 times a day). I've been using blue ray filtering glasses for 2 years, but my eyes still got blurry.(0.75 to 1.25) Though my doctor recommended blue glasses, i don’t think It's really that useful
@@ChipsyRoblox yes.. bluelight galess doesn't work 100%, they just do the 40-50% work..i am also using blueglasses since 1 year, I dnt have any sight problem till now. It depends from person to person..but wht ur doc told is a good remedy.
Blue light has the highest frequency means high energy and it can definitely relates directly to our eye health causing eye strain and eye fatique if not used properly
Recently I visited AIIMS Bhopal Hospital one of senior oprhamalogist Told me that Blue ray glasses is just marketting concept, Prevention from UV rays is much more important for eyes .
These effectively make your eyes only being able to focus on looking forward. Do not use these glasses. Speaking from personal experience from using these for a year and half...
