How To Protect Yourself From Whiplash - Fifth Gear 

I was in an accident last week where a guy drove right into the rear of my car! I still have neck pain and massive headaches. Very annoyed about the accident as I did nothing wrong but am now suffering from someone's lack of concentration.

me and my dad were rear ended the other day the person that hit us , hit us at about 45 mph since then had lower back pain and I think I had whiplash to because my neck was a little sore but the pain didn't last and I was dizzy and very tired after the crash the only thing still hurting is my back and recently my ankle the following day it's been a few days since we got hit but the funny thing is when we got hit for some reason the air bags didn't go off

Nice but you really need to take some more time when you explained adjusting the headrest. It went really fast towards the end. Adjusting the front of headrest, gap between head and headrest, these are not very clear. Could you take some more time and elaborate how/where/what should preferably touch. How does neck turn if the headrest is lower and how does it turn when it is raised. Also, if you raise the headrest to top of the head, your neck has no support and will pain after 30 mins of driving.

Im too tall to have the headrest at the top of my head... and the top of my back is not supported by the seat. And im only 6.3 feet. Where i live men are 6.1 feet on average.
