How to Prune your Wandering Jew and make it bushier!

This is a quick video showing you how to prune your Wandering Jew (tradescantia zebrina) propagate the leaves back into the pot, reshaping it to make it bushier! Once it is full, then you can let it trail down and let it show off it's stunning colors and patterns on their leaves! These cuttings were propagated in water and transferred into soil a few weeks ago and the vines got way too long, so it was time for a haircut!

I had no idea how easy it was to transform my plant from a three-foot-long hanging plant that looked dead and dry on the top. Not realizing that it likes to grow and spread by Nature, this video really helped. After cutting the three-foot-long vines I now have four separate plants that look incredible. I will keep them shorter and full. Thanks so much for the great video.😊

I transferred mine to a bigger pot. It was beautiful, but needed more room. Now it's dying. Whay did I do wrong and how do I fix it?? I've extremely sad.

@@myindoorgarden6520 yes. Me too. They are very forgiving if I cant take care of them for some time, they can be revived again. I made some videos of different tradescantias I see in our botanical garden. I'm in England but originally from Indonesia. Greetings again xx

I sold it! It got bushier. I was trying to downsize my plants. It was one of my propagations. My friend who I sold it to says it’s doing fine. 🥰. I must say, I miss it and I might get one that may be a 6 inch one day.
