@@fansihsahn7973 take the weight that you will be able to do 8 reps with maximal effort. Then increase the weight every week and try to do 8 reps. If you fail, don't add weight until you progress to doing 8
I don't watch Chris heria anymore, but this is one of the first calisthenics videos I watched about 8 months ago. Having just done my first explosive Australian pull-up to my waist, I just wanted to come back and thank him for the inspiration.
Chris, thank you for explaining things so well without any extra BS. I admire your selflessness and ability to inspire so many people to try new, challenging workouts. ❤️
lmao i’ve seen comments saying Chris has magic or “stalking” them because he uploads what people are about to workout and this has been true for the past few weeks for me LOL. Thanks for the content Chris 👍🏻
Since I've been following your work for a couple years, Lately, I noticed your production quality has improved substantailly. The point is in the part of the video where you breaking down the details and components of specific excercise, by explaining not just what and how to but why we should do them in order to acheive our goals. Personnally, I think this part is the most important of all in the learning process of audience, not just beginner but all level, because we get the most benefits out of your work not just from your examples but chiefly from your knowledge provided, so we can learn, synthesize, adapt and apply to our routine in the way that gives maximum results individually." Educate your audience" is maybe the best main goal of your work since you first started, and the inspiration and motivation is resulted from you, always being respectful teacher. I appreciate and so proud of your work. Thank you.
Recently I started to train the basics of calisthenics every minute on the minute and im really amazed by the progress im making. Thank you for changing my life Chris!
Hey man, i'm glad you are doing good. I have a question, since I'm not a native speaker: what does training every minute on the minute mean? For real, never been able to understand that...
@@tomswiss7128 When you take pull ups for example and let s say you have the strenth to do only one rep. U r gonna do one pull up than wait for 1mnt till your next pull up and repeat this for at least 15mnt/more
@@tomswiss7128 the time during your 5 pullups doesnt matter. The thing that matters is you form. Tha n when you finish your 5 pull ups u can rest for 1/2mnt and even 2mnts and a half if your 5 pullups exhausted you, so u can go with full force again and repeat this process again for 15(+)minutes. And another tip: when the (15+.)mnt is done and u can t do more pull ups.. u can start working every progression to pullups the same way
Its almost been a year since I started with Chris and Thenx, since quarantine. I'm so appreciative of all their hard work putting out videos every week. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in my life and I'm not stopping. Lets goooo

Watching these videos inspires me to keep improving, because easy pull-ups are still complicated for me. Still, I keep training with Chris's routines to get better and better.
You have really helped me for over 1.5 years since i started my calisthenics journy!! I am currently learning the muscle up so this video helped me a lot!! Could you make another video about the front lever or the muscle up?
Ur very inspiring dude , I have been doing Calisthenics now for 10 months consistently, and obviously I have watched a ton of ur vids. Thanks a lot for these vids
I've been using your HIIT 10-minute treadmill replacement five days a week for the past month and it's made my workouts so much more enjoyable/effective. I hate running lol. Thanks man!!

Chris! You changed my life man, I posted a video on my channel about my calisthenics progress last summer and you're the reason I started man, keep up the videos and I appreciate it! My family keeps buying me ThenX clothing every year for my birthday since they know how much I used your videos hahaha.
Actually got my first high pull up all the way to my waist today! Thx Chris! I kept referring back to this video for correct form. I’ve been trying to get this skill for a long time now!
Im focusing on my pull ups right now doing at least 100 very strict pull ups every day and I improved a lot also I now can muscle Up much cleaner so this video is just perfect timed

Great step-by-step, Chris! I'm still working on doing solid pull-ups, so this video is right on the money. Now I have another goal for pull-ups; Let's get it! Constant thanks, Chris 🔥🔥
Hi Chris I’ve been following your vids for 2 yrs now you have been such a insparation and therefore I have travelled so far at only 12 yrs old lmao thx chris for everything
Thank You for your Motivation from Germany! With your help i mastered my first pull up a month before. Especially your home workouts helped me a lot to stay fit and healthy💪🙏
Exactly what I needed. I've watched and re-watched most of your videos on muscle ups and have set myself on the road of finally achieving that one move. This here seems like a good solid progression to take on.
Just started working out your routines for push ups and abs, i have to say they work!! And its just day 10 and i see a lot of progress, all thanks to You!
Started 2 weeks ago cus of Chris and already see progression in shape and strength, thank you Chris Heria and Thenx have made me stand up from the lazy gaming
Dang the L-Sit pull-ups make you look like you’re flying it’s incredible. I need to get on that level. I’m going to start doing them and I’ll track my progress. I always struggled with them and as you said the exercise you’re the weakest will probably unlock those high pull-ups. Thanks Chris. This video is well detailed.
Hi Mate, this is a splendid job that you do! I am doing bouldering regularly, wasn't ever able to achieve more than 17 pull-ups in one go, well, since just a week, I am on 19 right now, thanks to your tips! Smashing job!
The videos are great chris, thanks to you I got to know the abs in my body and I learned to do pull-ups in all possible ways and many more exercises, a pity that I cannot understand your videos since I am Argentine and I only speak Spanish as a language, I would love That it has a translation in Latin Spanish or at least the subtitles on time since as soon as I see the notification of a new video I watch it instantly and I crush a like the second I see it because I keep learning and I am a fan and true to your style. thanks 💪
Chris you've motivated me since 2018. I've gotten way stronger thanks to you bro hope all is good man and excited for that new windbreaker I ordered 🔥🔥🔥🔥 keep up the great work homie!!!!
yeee, i’m on my calisthenics journey rn! i could barely do pull ups in the beginning, now i’m doing handstand push-ups and muscle ups. i’m not the best but one day i’ll be better than today.
I'm working to loose wait, so thank you for your meals under $3 videos, and explaing that it's easier to stick to a diet that I like, yet healthy, God bless you Chris 💪❤️
Thank You Chris. You’re the best teacher. May I ask what’s the diameter of your pull-up bar? I want to build one in my backyard and was wondering what’s size of bar should I use. And can you explain how bar size affects your pull. Thank you very much. My name is Mike, I’m 66 years old and started Calisthenics 2.5 years ago and love it. I have followed your muscle up and high pull-up tutorial and now can get the bar to my bellybutton. I will add the hanging pull-up with this tutorial. I have another question: What’s the best way to get down to the pelvic? For the weight my max one rep of 60 % of my weight . Again thanks
Got super pumped from this video yesterday and ended up doing 100 weighted pull ups with a 25 lb. Plate. Did it 3-5 reps at a time. Not unbroken, I wish lol
