Oh no! I'm not sure why it didn't work. Maybe try a different browser? (Which really you shouldn't have to use a certain browser in order to download something from Etsy) I look and it seems like things are good on my end. If you try it again can you send me a DM on Etsy and also with a screen shot? I'm pretty sure Etsy allows photos to be sent. Thank you for letting me know!
