On traditonal shirts, there will be four holes on the sleeves and you are supposed to flip the ends before putting the cufflinks through all four holes.

Honestly it really just depends if you like to wer them or not, the only time ive wore them is to formal dance, and they are alot easier then buttining those buttons on the sleeve
Actually, That shirt fits his neck and sleeves fine. You are are referring to the fit of the shirt. It is not slim fit. All Tuxedo shirts are generally baggy, unless it is specified as a slim fit.
