How to Put Ribbons on the Mount 

Idk if you are still in a jrotc. But take the ribbons off the bar it is on. Then take the metal slide out of the back and put it in the other. If that makes sense

Walker Pafford I thought the same thing and after some research, we share some ribbons with JROTC, however, they have different meanings

the Patriotic flag ribbon is Awarded once annually for participation in non-color guard events specifically designed to honor our nation’s flag. Such events include flag raising ceremonies, flag retirement ceremonies, flag folding ceremonies, and historical flag demonstrations.

I got that ribbon for doing flag detail, which is putting up the flags for my school.

In AFJROTC the patriotic ribbon is earned by flag detail, and the AfJROTC ribbons look better than the Army JROTC ribbons, just saying.

Why would you ask why he has ribbons? Because he earned them.
