Mainly bc many of us are mixed without even knowing . & my cousin is fully black African w straight hair though hers is Kinky but black men and even women will make excuses saying "well it's the texture of their hair " like ok? I love how the hairline is customized to replicate your natural hairline. I see a lot of women who use frontals to hide their forehead whether it's on purpose or they just don't know how to customize is very well. I also really appreciate you showing how you remove the tape. Glad I could find so much great info in just one video instead of searching all over and watching multiple vids. Xoxo
You are the truth girl lol. I am natural and I like to protective style with braids, faux dreads, sew ins - but I've never used a lace wig/ lace front due to being scared of glue or tape ruining my edges. your channel gives me the courage to take the plunge lol
I really love this video, and I appreciate how you take into consideration everyone's differences. I'm in the military and it's hard for me to keep my wig from slipping back while it's braided and sewn down. I try to stay away from tape because I'm trying to grow out my edges, but with this method I feel a lot safer. One day I'll be able to buy one of your wigs!

It's really kewl to think how secure tape makes the unit. When you remove the unit, if tape sticks to the unit instead of your skin, how do you remove tape from the lace? This particular hairline is superb.
Hi bella there is NO tape residue left on the wig it's still brand new and clean when you take the wig off because they tape only sticks to your scalp not the wig after you apply the wig remover spray 😊
People like to put heat on there hair gel it up do everything to it but there natural hair can get really rotted out and some people like trying different styles
I wasnt sure what the racial protocol was for wearing wigs weaves etc. I was always cautious anout the idea of wigs out of fear of it being disrespectful to people of colour, who tend to do this this type of thing regularly. Its cool to really be able to see how it truly does not matter. I think there is so much to learn and im excited to get started😍😍

Nicole Mckee they've been doing this technique in the movie industry since the old Hollywood movies like Ben Hur and Cleopatra in the 50's on the female and male actors....since then the rich white elite started doing it and thereafter the hair loss clinics utilized this method for years before mainstream caught on and introduced this to black community....my mum has been wearing lace fronts since 1996. although back then she paid dearly for them through a hair loss clinic. She has hair loss due to illness.
I saw lot of tutorials that some girls said how "bad" is tape but nobody understand how bad is when you have a real fear: Somebody pulling my "hair" today for proving the "theory": the amazing hair is a "wig"! Just my personal opinion, I think the video would have been even more amazing if you had used a wig that was a little more different from your hair. But again, great job! You're gorgeous and your hair styles and instructions are on point.

Jessica you can go around the hairline and down the part area and start plucking hairs with your tweezers til desired amount of baby hairs have been created. Hope this helps.
could you show this tape method for the nape area too? i have alopecia so i prefer to wear my units in ponytails but i don't like bobby pins everyday...could you do a video like that and when can i purchase your tape?
I think you should make a sensitive skin tape. Just in case the tape is to strong and people may develop a rash, cause the tape was there for weeks....
